Type: Following our previous Casualty Advices, we can inform that the ONE APUS is currently in port at Long Beach, California, and that an application for a Discovery Order has been filed by various parties against Vessel interests to inspect the Vessel and secure evidence in connection with the casualty that took place on 30th November, 2020. W E Cox Claims Group has managed to secure permission from Vessel Interests to participate in the discovery process and attend on board the vessel, and have Counsel on hand to protect the rights of cargo interests represented by the Group.

W E Cox Claims Group has managed to secure permission from Vessel Interests to participate in the discovery process and attend on board the vessel, and have Counsel on hand to protect the rights of cargo interests represented by the Group.
