W.E. Cox Claims Group holds the address to assist us in ensuring that our mailing lists are selective to Countries and/or regions to avoid bombarding our members with mail-outs which may not be relevant.

W.E. Cox Claims Group holds the e-mail address of its members which is to be used for the mail shot(s) that the member has signed up to receive.

W.E. Cox Claims Group holds the telephone number of its members to contact them via a phone call if required.
W.E. Cox Claims Group may hold all of the above data taken from a business card/e-mail signature/written response to our mailing list signup e-mail.
Information may consist of the name of the individual and/or company name, the position of the individual within the company, address of the company, direct e-mail address of the individual and or/a group e-mail address, direct line telephone number of the individual and/or company switch board as well as company mobile telephone number.
The information we hold for these contacts are not released to any 3rd party companies or individuals outside of W.E. Cox Claims Group unless consent has been provided by the owner of the information.
W.E. Cox Claims Group uses a central lookup system for all Vendors/Clients/Suppliers where the data can be properly maintained and updated to reflect each individual’s mailing list choices. W.E. Cox Claims Group holds this information to keep the members of each mailing list informed or updated on events/products or services which W.E. Cox Claims Group believed to be relevant to the individual.

- Casualty Notices
W.E. Cox Claims Group uses the casualty notice mailing list to inform its members of new incidents or updates relating to current incidents. The recipients of this e-mail may or may not choose to instruct W.E. Cox Claims Group to act on their behalf in relation to these incidents.
- Company Events
W.E. Cox Claims Group uses the company events mailing list to inform its members of upcoming events such as the annual boat-party/golf day and other such events or networking events which W.E. Cox Claims Group is hosting or are attending and feels would be beneficial to its members.
