GLORY TRADER

We have learned of an incident involving the vessel “GLORY TRADER”, a 2004 built 41,205gt bulk carrier. Having departed New Orleans, USA and intending to steam to Haifa, ISR the vessel ran aground in the Mississippi.

Lloyd’s Open Form was signed with T & T Salvage who were able to refloat the vessel 15th June. There are currently no reports of holing or pollution. The vessel status suggests the 67, 542 tonnes of yellow corn on-board is unaffected by the incident.
