It is reported that whilst en-route from Esperance, Australia to Port Klang, Malaysia the Vessel ran aground in the South China Sea. It is understood that the Vessel is still aground and that a Salvage Company has been contracted.

The nature and scope of salvage services have yet to be determined, and whether security is ultimately required or General Average may be declared is unknown. In the meantime however should insurers determine that they are involved with cargo on board and if W.E.
