We have learned of an incident involving the general cargo vessel 'ACT' whilst travelling from Igoumenitsa in early December, bound for Aliaga . Following the failure of the engine and loss of her starboard side anchor, Salvors services were employed and 'ACT' was towed to Karistos Bay where she remains awaiting further repairs. An LOF was signed on the 20th January 2016. 'ACT' was built in 1986, GRT 2553 and flies the Turkish flag.
