Further to our earlier reports in relation to the above captioned incident, we can now advise that DALI is scheduled to depart for Norfolk Va on/about 18th June to undergo repairs, and that sound/unaffected containers will be discharged in Norfolk before the repair process commences

We have learned of an incident involving the vessel NORTHERN JUVENILE, a Portugal flag, 94419 gt, 2009 built, containership which reportedly caught fire on the 26th of May about 100 nautical miles southwest of Bande Aceh, Indonesia

Further to our earlier reports in relation to the above captioned incident wherein Owners and Operators of the DALI, confirmed having declared General Average it has now been reported that the DALI has been successfully re-floated

Further to our earlier advices in relation to the above captioned incident, it is now reported that DALI will be freed and the access channel reopened on/about 10th May 2024. General Average security is required to be in place before cargo will be released for survey/assessment/onforwarding to destination.

We have learned of an incident involving the vessel NCL SALTEN, a Cyprus flag, 9990gt, 2002 built, containership, which ran aground on the 13th of April at the port of Alesund.

Further to our earlier reports in relation to the above captioned incident we have now received confirmation that the Owners and Operators of the DALI, have declared General Average

Further to our initial report in relation to the above captioned incident it has been reported that the Owners and Operators of the DALI, have filed a petition in the Federal Court of Maryland to limit their liability for claims arising from the allision with the Francis Scott Key Bridge to US$43.7m, being the estimated value of the DALI after Salvage and repair costs.

We have learned of an incident involving the vessel DALI, a Singapore flag, 2015 built, 95,128 gt, fully cellular containership, which struck Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, USA, in the early hours of 26th March 2024. The Key Bridge, as it is known, is the world’s third-longest continuous truss bridge.

We have learned of an incident involving the vessel ABDULLAH, a Bangladesh flag, 32714 gt, 2015 built, bulk carrier which was attacked by a group of suspected Somali pirates.

We have learned of an incident involving the vessel MSC SAO PAULO V, a Liberia flag, 53324 gt, 1998 built, containership which caught fire in the engine room as she was nearing the pilot station at Les Escoumins while en route to Portugal
