NEW CASUALTY – THORCO LINEAGE

We have been advised of an incident involving the vessel “THORCO LINEAGE”, a 2014 built 13,110gt general cargo ship.

It is understood that the “THORCO LINEAGE” ran aground on northern outline of Raroia Atoll, Frencho Polynesia, in position 15 56S 142 19W, in the morning Jun 24, whilst en-route from Baltimore USA to Hobart Australia.

It is understood that salvors have not yet been appointed however the Vessel is hard aground and unlikely to be re-floated without professional assistance.
